Packaging Requirements
Customers are responsible for proper packaging of parcels.
Fragile or high-value goods must be packed securely; fragile stickers alone do not guarantee safe handling.
The Secure Courier is not liable for any damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.
Shipment Handling & Liability
All shipments are handled with care, but slight wear, dents, or marks during transit are considered normal handling.
In case of loss or major damage proven to be The Secure Courier’s fault, compensation is provided according to company policy (typically limited liability based on shipment type).
Weight & Charges
Actual or volumetric weight—whichever is higher—will be charged.
Additional per-kilogram charges apply based on the selected service type.
If the customer declares an incorrect weight, charges may be adjusted accordingly by The Secure Courier.
Payment Terms
Business clients receive payments according to the agreed payout cycle.
COD payments are released only after successful delivery confirmation.
Providing incorrect banking information may result in payment delays for The Secure Courier clients.

Tracking information is available through The Secure Courier’s website, hotline, or customer support.
Status updates depend on operational hours and scanning schedules.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
Accurate delivery address and contact number
Proper description of goods
Secure and appropriate packaging
Availability to receive delivery or provide an alternate recipient
All guidelines help The Secure Courier ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Cancellation Policy
Pickup or label cancellation must be requested before dispatch.
Once the parcel is in transit, cancellation is not possible with The Secure Courier.
Privacy Policy
Data is not shared with any third party, except with authorized operational partners involved in delivery by The Secure Courier.
